Hello Vercel Team,
My private Blob store was suspended after reaching the Hobby Simple Operations limit.
I tried the self-service Unlock option, but it returns:
"This endpoint only works for teams that are currently soft-blocked."
My store details:
- Project: validador-pdf-base
- Store ID: store_TdlR8aivE38WK2zq
- Region: iad1
- Access: Private
- Storage: 385 MB
- Simple Operations: 10,000 / 10,000
- Advanced Operations: 570 / 2,000
- Data Transfer: 627 MB / 10 GB
I only need temporary read-only access to download my existing images and PDFs as a local backup.
I'm not requesting additional storage or quota. Could a Vercel staff member manually unsuspend this Blob store for a one-time data export, or provide another way to retrieve my files?
