I built a Next.js starter called Bones.
Every other starter I tried went the same way. Clone it, deploy, then 30 minutes of env var hell before anything renders. Bones just deploys. Point Vercel at the repo, set nothing, and you get a working app.
Auth (Auth.js v5), Stripe, a CMS, AI, and shadcn components are all wired up behind that. Add the keys for the parts you actually want and those parts turn on. Skip them and the app still runs.
