A few months ago, I had the opportunity to host my first v0 community meetup down here in Guadalajara. I wanted to give the attendees an experience that felt premium, so I took a lot of inspiration from the Vercel Ship aesthetic, specifically, those interactive, personalized attendee tickets in form of lanyards!
Using v0, I spun up a landing page with a dynamic lanyard generator. It wasn’t just for show, either. I actually used the app to capture attendee preferences leading up to the event, and then printed the physical lanyards to hand out on the big day. Seeing the digital design translate into a tangible item in people’s hands was incredibly rewarding.
Since I really loved how the project turned out, I spent some time cleaning up the codebase to create a generic, reusable template. If you’re organizing a community event, hackathon, or just want to reverse-engineer the UI polish, you can use this to generate your own.
