When trying to duplicate a shared chat using the ​"Duplicate Chat"​ modal, the ​"Duplicate into"​ dropdown does not display or populate any selectable scopes/workspaces (stuck on "Select scope"). As a result, the Duplicate button remains permanently disabled, blocking the entire duplication flow.
