Hello, i am a newbie. New to vercel community. I had a small yet meaningful request.

# Feedback: LaTeX Rendering Failure on Vercel Deployment & Agent Unresponsiveness

**Deployment Environment:** Vercel Web / PWA

**App Type:** Complex Markdown & LaTeX IDE (with custom Indic/Bangla ligature support)

I am submitting this feedback to address a deployment rendering bug, as well as an issue with the Vercel support/chat agent dropping my session.

### 1. Technical Issue: LaTeX Not Displaying Natively

I developed a highly optimized Markdown/LaTeX application. When I test the code locally or host it elsewhere, the LaTeX renders natively and perfectly with my custom font configurations. However, after deploying to Vercel, the native LaTeX display inside the app breaks.

I suspect this is due to one of the following Vercel-specific deployment behaviors:

* **CSP / Asset Blocking:** Vercel might be blocking MathJax 3 from accessing the necessary local/external system fonts via Content Security Policy (CSP).

* **MIME Types / Serving:** Vercel might be minifying or interfering with the complex HTML/JS DOM parsing required for `text-rendering: optimizeLegibility;` and native script rendering.

**Request:** Please investigate why LaTeX/MathJax natively breaks on Vercel hosting when the exact same raw code works perfectly in local preview environments.

### 2. Support Issue: Unresponsive Agent

While trying to debug this with the Vercel support agent, I mentioned my secondary concern: I wanted an offline, native-app experience because Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) deployed on the web sometimes require internet pings to load cached workers.

**As soon as I stated that I “can’t use them as a native app” due to PWA internet requirements, the Vercel agent stopped responding completely.**

**Feedback on Support:** Even if Vercel strictly provides web/cloud hosting and does not support compiling into native offline Android/iOS apps, your automated agents/support reps should gracefully inform the user that “Native offline compilation is outside Vercel’s scope” rather than just crashing, freezing, or ghosting the user.

### Next Steps Expected:

1. Guidance or documentation on how to fix MathJax / native LaTeX font loading on a Vercel web deployment.

2. A fix to your support AI/ticketing system so it does not silently drop conversations when “native apps” or “offline PWAs” are mentioned.

Thank you.

Here is the image. I see this but in google ai studio i see it rendered when i use preview mode i see this rendered so i wont complain that but it supported there cant here and gemini does both why ?
