[bug?] when using help feature, prompted to pick from multiple accts

I sighed up for v0 Premium a few days ago. When I use Vercel’s help, I am being prompted to choose from one of two accounts:

(1) From what I can tell, the 1st one is a v0 account / team, and the 2nd one is a Vercel account / team (which may have been created automatically or not at some point, hard to tell). Is that correct?

First things first - ff yes, if would be super helpful if the help UI disambiguated these two accounts, e.g.
a… [v0 team]
a…'s projects [Vercel team]

Furthermore, if in the help UI I select v0 as the product, I don’t think I should be prompted to choose between a v0 and a Vercel account - that’s super confusing.

(2) When I choose the v0 account, the help UI is still telling me that the account is on the Hobby plan, and not providing me with an option to file a case - instead, redirecting me to the community. At the same time, I am paying for the v0 Premium plan - should that enable me to file a case with support?
