This, this, a thousand times this. Agent is arrogant. It regularly thinks it has done something, fixed something, moved something, and it has done no such thing. You ask it to try again, it tells you it has found the root cause and fixed it, but it hasn’t. Prompt after prompt. Agent is expensive!
