Buying credits doesn't give you any support

It feels very weird that i can buy unlimited amounts of AI-credits but still get no support if you don’t pay for Pro.

Was looking into AI-gateway but I get no support, not even billing support if you don’t pay for Pro for $20/month. For people wanting to use AI gateway but not hosting on Vercel this is a deal breaker. Even if we spend $20.000 on credits, no support at all except this forum. Since we don’t have Pro we don’t get any observability either so when our BYOK rerouted to another provider we couldn’t even get a reason for why and this costs us 5x more than BYOK. Extremely unprofessional and feels like a cash-grab

Well I had a problem where AI gateway selects another provider than the BYOK option, but it doesn’t disclose a reason for it. The status is ok for the provider, tried testing the key again and it worked and have balance at the provider but still chooses another provider which massively drained my Vercel balance since without BYOK i get charged about 5-6x more.
