This issue was never solved. The fix that was suggested only pushed me into an infinite loop of errors. I kept trying to fix those errors again and again, and each time I lost more money without ever getting a real solution.
The biggest problem is that you don’t refund extra credits. I lost a significant amount of extra credits on this — money that was completely wasted on your system’s failure. This not only damaged my project and my budget but also cost me weeks of time and caused a lot of emotional stress.
Right now, I honestly feel like you seriously let me down. You messed up my project, you messed up my budget, and you left me stuck with nothing to show for all the money and effort I spent.
At this point, I think the least you can do is to compensate me properly — not just a small refund, but at least $1,000 in credits. This isn’t only about the money I lost, it’s also about the wasted time, the frustration, and the emotional fatigue your system caused me.
If you can’t provide fair compensation, then what am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to go public, make a viral video about this, and expose how badly this platform handled my case? I don’t want to reach that point, but right now you’ve left me with no results, no refund, and a huge loss.
