Can we expand v0’s capabilities in this regard? ⬇️

I use v0 on my iPhone. It codes really well when I stay on the app for the whole time it’s coding.

However, if I either swipe off the app onto my home page or click my phone off then the v0 coding is poor.

Is there some way to make it so going off the app while it’s coding still perform just as good?

Thoughts?

Ive actually experienced this myself as well.
Any chance we can have mobile team look at this @anshumanb @estebansuarez @jacobparis

It’ll be so epic if I can use other apps during the coding. Hopefully it’s a possibility.

There aren’t any special cases for when v0 is running in the background

From v0’s point of view it’s ALWAYS running in the background. You can start a chat on web and then open the mobile app and see it stream in there. The device you’re using or whether it’s open doesn’t affect it at all

That’s interesting. I’ll have a play around with that.

Most of the time I close v0 while it’s coding it won’t get completed, especially if I close it soon after I send the message. I have a feeling this is mainly because the project I’m making has lots of code now.

Using v0 on a browser compared to the v0 app is much better in terms of not lagging lol. I had to close and reopen the v0 app every message, but on the v0 website it’s working pretty smoothly.
