can you help me with ticket 01231036

i held multiple vercel accounts in the past and i do not have access to some of those email accounts too, since i am no longer with those companies. however, one of the accounts, and i dont know which, charged me 20 USD on my credit card.

its there a way to

  1. reverse that charge ?

  2. prevent future charges ?

ticket raised already but have no response yet. kindly help.

You did the right thing by opening a case. Yes, there are things that can be done to reverse the charge and stop recurring charges.

I’m not able to modify payment details or get you access to an old account, but the support team can help. Thanks for your patience while they work through the cases that were opened before yours :folded_hands:

Thanks a lot Amy. Looking forward.

Finally I received an email. And that is another surprise. Vercel is asking for more information on my ticket, and

  1. the email is coming from a no-reply address, hence the replies i send are probably not reaching the team
  2. the ticket is not visible on the support section of my account

and therefore i am getting reminder emails, because the team is not receiving the information !!

Chicken and egg story. Honestly, this is a bit disappointing from a name like Vercel.

That’s definitely not how it’s supposed to work. Looking into this now

Thanks again @amyegan

Hello @amyegan ,

Is there an update on this that you can share ?

Thanks.

No updates regarding why the case doesn’t show in your dashboard, but I have opened an internal ticket about that.

It looks like you were able to reply and provide additional info in response to the team’s earlier request for more info. I don’t have full visibility into that, so I don’t have the exact details on what was already requested or shared. You should be able to reply to that earlier email to provide additional info, such as a GitHub username or any other email addresses you think may be associated with the account.
