Title: Cannot Connect Vercel Storage (Blob Store) to Custom Environment

Current Behavior vs Expected Behavior:

• Current: Only Development, Preview, and Production environments are available when connecting Blob Store
• Expected: Custom environment (staging) should be available as an option

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a custom environment (staging)
2. Navigate to Vercel Storage settings
3. Attempt to connect Blob Store
4. Check environment selection options

Project Information:

• Framework: Next.js
• Environment: Custom environment (staging)
• Project Settings: Custom environments enabled and configured

Configuration: Environment selection options currently limited to:

• Development
• Preview
• Production

Custom environment "staging" exists but is not available for selection.

Question: Is it possible to connect Vercel Storage (Blob Store) to custom environments? If supported, what additional configuration is needed?
