"Cannot destructure property 'stepTitle'" error on reload

When I try to open the V0 Chat, the interface automatically reloads and shows the following error:
An Error Occurred
Cannot destructure property ‘stepTitle’ of ‘K(…)’ as it is undefined.

This happens every single time I try to open the chat, and I am completely blocked from using it. Reloading the page doesn’t help. The chat interface never finishes loading — instead, it throws the same error and becomes unusable.

Browser: Google Chrome
OS: Windows 11
Issue started: 05.06.2025 / 1:50 PM (GMT+2)

Please advise if there is a workaround. Otherwise, this seems like a blocking bug.
