Cannot remove payment method after downgrading Neon to Free

Hello Vercel team,

I have downgraded my Vercel-managed Neon integration to the Free plan. My Vercel team is on the Hobby plan.

However, when I try to remove my last payment method, I receive this error:

“You cannot remove your last payment method, because you have billable marketplace integrations.”

Could you please review this restriction and help me remove my saved payment method?

Please keep my Neon integration, both databases, and all existing data intact. I do not want to delete any databases or upgrade to a paid plan.

If any outstanding charges prevent removal, please explain them through a private support channel.

If you have outstanding charges, you may not be able to remove your payment method until they are paid. If you have an active subscription, you likely need to cancel it first.
