Can't create 2nd Supabase database

Hello, i am trying to install or create a new database in supabase to connect to my vercel deployed project, as i want to have a QA database.

I have the Pro plan signed up in supabase, however, everytime i try to create the new database it gives this error:

After many hours trying to search for a solution online, i really need help in this.
I believe with the plan i should be able to have multiple databases for the same project.
What should i do?

We checked with Supabase team and there’s indeed an issue with your account. It’s in somewhat partial state, where their email exist, but not a profile. They’ll investigate it.

In the meantime, can you ask could you visit Login – Vercel anc clickg “Open in Supabase” button? This will trigger some syncs on Supabase side which can help unstuck it right away.

Hi Joao, no update unfortunately. Still waiting for Supabase team to find out more info. To be clear, the issue on supabase side not us. I have again pinged them.

We still don’t have an update yet. We heard back from them and they are going to deploy additional instrumentations in the morning to help track down the exact cause.

We have received following update:

apologies for the delay here, the best path forward for the user would be to do the following:

  1. Login to their existing supabase account
  2. Visit their account settings page - Preferences | Supabase
  3. Remove the vercel marketplace identity
  4. Go back to the integration page in vercel and create a new database.
