Cant create integration on vercel

Hello Vercel Community,

I’ve been trying to create a new Vercel Integration today but have been consistently running into a 502 Bad Gateway error every time I submit the form on the vercel.com/integrations/create page.

This has been happening for the past few hours (July 21, 2025). I have already checked the official Vercel Status Page, and it reports that all systems are operational.

To make sure the issue wasn’t on my end, I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Using an Incognito/Private window.
  • Switching to a completely different web browser.
  • Submitting the form with only the bare-minimum required fields and using generic placeholder data (e.g., “TestApp”, https://example.com).

The 502 error occurs every time, regardless of these steps.

I’m posting here to ask if anyone else is experiencing this today? Any suggestions for other things I could try would be greatly appreciated, or if this seems like an isolated platform issue.

Thanks in advance for any help or insight!

The marketplace team is investigating why this resolves to a bad gateway for you, but we found some form errors internally coming from your end that we should be showing on-screen for you

  • slug too long (max 36 characters, alphanumeric + hyphens)
  • description too long (max 240 characters)
  • instructions too long (max 1024 characters)
  • max file size 5MB

Thanks for This!! The issue was the file was just above 5mb!!
There were no error messages which were helping me out and It kept showing me 502 bad gateway this reply helped alot Thanks alot Jacob!!
