This level of customer service is frankly unacceptable for a platform that many businesses rely on. I am unable to proceed with critical account management tasks, and this prolonged silence is affecting my operations.

I am getting this error too, and I don't know what to do, cause they aren't getting back to me. I deleted and transferred everything there is and it wont let me merge with the hobby plan.
