Can't downgrade from pro plan to hobby plan

I have two teams with multiple projects. Team A is on Pro plan and team B is on Hobby plan. I am trying to downgrade Team A from Pro plan to Hobby plan.

I am unable to do so and am getting the following error.

I see that I need to delete Monitoring and Log Drains resources, but I can’t find how to do that. Moreover, both Monitoring and Log Drains for all of the projects in both teams are not even enabled.

Any clues or advice on how to resolve this situation?
