It looks like one of our support engineers was able to help you. Sharing their suggestion here in case it helps anyone else who runs into a similar issue.
This error can sometimes occur if the project is very large. You might be able to work around this by downloading a .zip file export of the v0 chat.
Then you can create a new v0 chat and drag/drop the .zip file as an attachment. This will import the codebase and allow you to continue iterating in the same way as creating a fork.
Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working to improve fork performance so that it can handle larger projects. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
