Sorry that you’re facing this issue. I’ll pass on this information to our team internally. In the meantime, have you tried logging in Supbase directly using the email id you have with Vercel?

I noticed that there were multiple instances of Supabase installation/uninstallation creation /deletion of the database. It looks like you have already uninstalled the integration.
I tested it on my account and it’s working without issues.
Maybe you can try creating a new integration and see if it works.
