Can't sign in or sign up or even use account recovery

Hi I'm moving to a new account (my work account) and I am unable to log in to my Vercel account. When I try to sign in or sign up (using email/password, GitHub, or Google), I am prompted for SMS verification. However, SMS verification is not supported for my country, so I cannot receive the code.

My GitHub account (amir-m-mahdiyeh) has no restrictions, but its security log shows a user_session.country_change alert, which may be triggering this extra security step. I believe this is the reason I am being asked for SMS. Even when I tried using the account recovery form I got this response: " We had an issue processing your appeal. Try again later. "

I kindly request that you bypass the SMS verification for my account or assist me in completing the login via an alternative method. I can verify my identity through any other means required.

Hi . I believe there would be a processing error if you tried to open a case via email. Did you open a support case opened through the account recovery page?

It looks like the support team sent you an update. If you're still not able to sign in, please reply to share any extra info they requested and let them know that manual ownership verification is needed

i haven't received any update i know of, yes i still have the same problem and i get the same stuff when i try to log in to that account.

support case doesn't work for me and gives me this error exactly like before: "We had an issue processing your appeal. Try again later."
