Can't submit a created case through "Help"

Hey Vercel team :raising_hands:

I used the AI assistant to help me out with 404 issue on one of my projects but it didn’t go anywhere and I’ll need additional help. I created through the chat the case but I don’t see anywhere on how I can actually submit it. Is it submitted automatically to the support team when the case is created? If so, I didn’t receive any email notification about it.

I’m having troubles with the project as whatever I do, I still get the 404. I believe I:

  1. Checked the deployment URL :white_check_mark: - it seems that my production domain is set and is also visible in the deployments

  2. Checked deployment existence :white_check_mark: - the deployment exist

  3. Reviewed deployment logs :white_check_mark: - there doesn’t seem to be any issues in the log

  4. Verified permissions :white_check_mark: - yes, I can see the deployments

  5. Contacted support :white_check_mark: - can’t because of the submit button

Can someone please help? :))

There’s another community post with 404 debugging tips that might be helpful. Please give these solutions a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks Pauline :)) I tried to follow it yesterday with ChatGTP and it didn’t help but Cursor saved me and now it all works :))
