I used the AI assistant to help me out with 404 issue on one of my projects but it didn’t go anywhere and I’ll need additional help. I created through the chat the case but I don’t see anywhere on how I can actually submit it. Is it submitted automatically to the support team when the case is created? If so, I didn’t receive any email notification about it.
I’m having troubles with the project as whatever I do, I still get the 404. I believe I:
Checked the deployment URL - it seems that my production domain is set and is also visible in the deployments
Checked deployment existence - the deployment exist
Reviewed deployment logs - there doesn’t seem to be any issues in the log
Verified permissions - yes, I can see the deployments
Contacted support - can’t because of the submit button
