Can't Upgrade to Pro Plan: "Projects Blocked" Error

Hi Vercel Community,

I’m trying to upgrade my Hobby plan to Pro but get an error: “You are the owner of one or more projects that are blocked.” My dashboard shows no restrictions, notifications, or errors, and all projects seem fine. I submitted two online tickets to support, but both disappeared. I also sent emails (support & billing), but got no replies, which has been frustrating.

Has anyone encountered this “blocked projects” error or similar support issues? How can I identify the blocked projects or resolve this? Any tips on getting a response from support or checking specific settings/logs would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @anshumanb Sorry to bother you, but I’ve been unable to get any response through various channels, so I’d like to ask if you have any solutions. Currently, if my website’s usage exceeds the Hobby Plan’s limits, I won’t be able to continue using it due to this issue.
