Can't use chat even if my account has credits

My account is on the free plan but I have bought credits when I was on the paid plan, also my current free plan credits are yet consumed, nevertheless, I can’t use the chat,

It looks like you recently downgraded to the Free plan, but have unused credits left from when you were on an upgraded plan. When you downgraded, you would have seen a confirmation message that looked something like this:

Those credits will remain on your account until they expire (1 year after purchase) so you can resubscribe and use them anytime before then.

Are you telling me that I have to pay in order to use what I have already paid for ?!

v0 is a paid product with a limited free tier with message + token usage limits. In order to use it’s full features, you must have an active subscription, and that includes using on-demand credits

Which I paid for, right? I paid for the subscription to be able to buy credits to avoid monthly paiments, I bought $90 worth of credits, which are now useless unless I pay $20. Do you think this is fair?

I like the changes in v0, but this is the only thing that bothers me. To be honest, I don’t use the premium features

Just let us buy and use the balance without requiring premium. It’s a mechanic that doesn’t make sense. It’s like having money in the bank and not being able to use it without a membership
