career-ops: open-source AI job search agent (Vercel OSS Program)

Hey everyone! I'm Santiago, creator of career-ops. We're part of the Vercel Open Source Program (Summer 2026 cohort), so here's a short introduction.

That's what job search looks like for most people right now. career-ops is an MIT-licensed job search agent that runs on your own machine, inside AI coding CLIs such as Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode. It scans job portals, evaluates each listing against your CV in a structured report with a 1-5 score, and helps you decide where to apply. It never submits an application for you: you review every result and make the call. Stop guessing. Start choosing.
