Hi Vercel team,
Following up on Case #01495827 (opened Aug 28).
Background: My original Vercel account's only login method was GitHub OAuth. That GitHub account is currently suspended pending a separate appeal (GitHub Support ticket #4583474), so I lost the ability to log in to Vercel entirely.
Since GitHub OAuth was unavailable, I tried logging in via email instead (vercel.com/login/email) using jjuunnii98@yonsei.ac.kr. That login succeeded — but it landed me on a completely different, empty account:
- Account: jjuunnii98-4598
- Team: "JUNIXION"
- Plan: Hobby
- Projects: 0
This is NOT my original account. My actual production project and custom domain (junixion.com, DNS managed via Gabia, pointed at Vercel) are still live on the internet right now, but I have zero dashboard access to manage them, because they're tied to the original GitHub-linked account that I can no longer log into.
Could someone from the team please help with one of the following:
- Merge this email-login account (jjuunnii98-4598) with my original GitHub-linked account, or
- Transfer ownership of the junixion.com project (and the domain) to this email-login account.
I'm happy to verify my identity in whatever way is needed. This is currently blocking me from managing a live production domain for my company. I've also flagged this same update on my open email case (#01495827).
