.ch domain nameservers stuck on pending after purchase through Vercel

I purchased kaikalfood.ch 3 days ago through Vercel.

Problem

The nameservers are still showing Pending and the domain shows an error on my project:

Error: Invalid Configuration

The Vercel CDN is active, but nameservers were never propagated to the .ch registry (SWITCH). Can you please check and resolve this?

Thanks, but I’ve already reviewed the troubleshooting guide — it doesn’t apply to my case.

This is NOT a DNS configuration issue. I purchased the domain directly through Vercel, so Vercel is the registrar. The problem is that Vercel never submitted the nameserver delegation (ns1.vercel-dns.com / ns2.vercel-dns.com) to the .ch registry (SWITCH).

The domain is still pointing to the default SWITCH nameservers (a.nic.ch, b.nic.ch, etc.) after 3+ days. Vercel’s own AI support confirmed this is a registration/provisioning issue on Vercel’s side.

I cannot fix this myself — a Vercel team member needs to look into why the NS delegation was never submitted to SWITCH for kaikalfood.ch.

Could someone from the team please escalate this? Thank you.

I purchased kaikalfood.ch through Vercel on February 11, 2026. It has been over 7 days and the nameservers are still showing “Pending”. The Vercel CDN shows “Active” but ns1.vercel-dns.com and ns2.vercel-dns.com were never delegated to the .ch registry (SWITCH).

Your own AI support confirmed this is a provisioning issue on Vercel’s side — not a DNS configuration issue on mine.

I also posted on the community forum 3 days ago with no response from any team member.

This is blocking my restaurant launch. I paid $17.99 for a domain that has never worked. Please either:

  1. Fix the nameserver delegation to SWITCH immediately, or
  2. Provide a full refund so I can purchase the domain elsewhere
