Ran out of messages, said I only had 2 more, bought $30 in credits, after the last 2 credits, says Im out of credits buy more. Got charged but never got the credits.

Can you explain more about what you saw originally? Did it take a while for the new credits to show up, or require a page refresh, or something like that?
