Title: ChatGPT OAuth connected, but Vercel MCP returns 403 for project access

Vercel Support directed me here to report a possible MCP authorization issue.

I completed the OAuth authorization and clicked “Allow Access.” In Vercel → Account Settings → Sign in with Vercel, “ChatGPT — Owned by Vercel MCP” appears connected.

I can access my project through the Vercel dashboard. However, the ChatGPT integration receives a 403 forbidden response when retrieving the project through GET /v9/projects/{idOrName}, even with the correct teamId explicitly provided.

The error says the integration is not authorized to access the team's scope. Reauthorizing the connection has not resolved the issue.

Expected behavior: The integration should access the project in the team authorized during OAuth.

Could the Vercel MCP team help investigate? I can provide project identifiers and the request ID privately if needed.

My preferred language is Brazilian Portuguese.
