My ChatGPT Vercel connection fails on POST /v13/deployments with target=preview. The error says: “You don’t have permission to create a v0 Deployment for this Vercel project.” No deployment or preview URL is created.

I have verified:

• The connected account is the team Owner and has v0 Builder.
• The correct teamId and project ID were explicitly passed to the connector.
• OAuth was reauthorized for the project before the failed attempt.
• Project reads and Preview environment-variable updates succeed.

Please help investigate the connector’s deployment-creation authorization and whether it passes the team scope correctly. I can provide the request ID privately to Vercel staff.
