ChatGPT Vercel connector returns zero teams and 403 after reconnect

The Vercel connector in ChatGPT recognizes my account and default team, but lists zero teams. Reading an existing project with its correct explicit team ID returns 403 Forbidden. Authorization metadata also returns 404 “Token not found.” The error reports saml=false and enforced=false. Vercel website login and build checks work. I reconnected the ChatGPT plugin on October 6, 2026 at 16:43 UTC and confirmed the team selection at 16:46 UTC, but the same failure persists. Could you help investigate the OAuth installation scope, callback binding, and project-read permissions, or advise how to restore this connection? I can provide the account and project identifiers privately to verified support.
