Title: ChatGPT Vercel integration returns persistent 403 after reconnecting

Hello Vercel team,

I am using the Vercel integration in ChatGPT to develop and deploy my existing project.

The Vercel integration is connected to my ChatGPT account. I have set its permissions to “Allow all” and used “Reconnect” to reauthorize the account.

However, requests to inspect the project and deployments still fail with:

403 Forbidden — Not authorized: Trying to access resource under scope "felipeart28-5600". You must re-authenticate to this scope or use a token with access to this scope.

The error recommends authorize_team_access or authorize_team_sso, but that authorization action is not available to the agent in this session.

Please investigate the Vercel MCP OAuth/team-scope authorization and advise how to grant access to this existing team without creating a duplicate project or changing its security settings.
