Hello Vercel team,

Vercel Support directed me here for diagnosis of the official ChatGPT by Vercel MCP integration.

Affected team and project: tochka-interiera. Public domain: tochka-interiera.ru.

Observed behavior on October 11, 2026:

• The authenticated user is the correct Vercel account, and its default team matches the affected team.
• The team and project are accessible normally in the signed-in Vercel dashboard.
• MCP list_teams returns an empty teams array.
• MCP get_deployment for the domain with the owning team's explicit scope returns HTTP 403 Forbidden: Not authorized: Trying to access resource under scope tochka-interiera. You must re-authenticate to this scope or use a token with access to this scope.
• A project lookup without an explicit team selector succeeded and returned the expected project and owning account.

Already checked:

• Disconnected, reconnected and completed OAuth authorization several times using the correct account and team.
• Account Settings > Sign in with Vercel shows an active ChatGPT connection owned by Vercel MCP.
• Its displayed permissions include reading Vercel team data and reading/changing authorized projects and deployments.
• Reauthorization did not resolve the empty-team result or the 403.

This blocks publishing an updated kitchen configurator to my existing website. Please investigate the effective OAuth team grant and explicit team-scope resolution for this connection. Is there a known issue or supported recovery procedure?

I can provide team/project IDs and failed request IDs privately to Vercel staff. No passwords, tokens, cookies or other credentials are included in this post.
