Vercel Support verified that my forecast-lab project is active and deploying within my BustedGhost team and directed me here because Vercel MCP is currently Beta. OAuth status OAuth authorization succeeds. Team: BustedGhost Team slug: busted-ghost Team ID: team_vYAe6HjtMob0Ezl4Qe9N9AyJ The Vercel authorization screen explicitly shows “Access to all current and future projects” enabled. After reauthorization, ChatGPT MCP's list_teams correctly returns BustedGhost. Test 1 — list_projects using team ID Parameter: teamId = team_vYAe6HjtMob0Ezl4Qe9N9AyJ Result: projects: [] count: 0 Test 2 — list_projects using team slug Parameter: teamId = busted-ghost Result: projects: [] count: 0 Therefore project enumeration fails with both the verified team ID and team slug. Test 3 — direct get_project using project slug + team ID Parameters exposed to ChatGPT by the Vercel MCP tool: projectId = forecast-lab teamId = team_vYAe6HjtMob0Ezl4Qe9N9AyJ Result: Input validation error: Invalid arguments for tool get_project: idOrName: Invalid input: expected string, received undefined Test 4 — direct get_project using project slug + team slug Parameters: projectId = forecast-lab teamId = busted-ghost Result is the same: Input validation error: Invalid arguments for tool get_project: idOrName: Invalid input: expected string, received undefined This is notable because the MCP tool schema exposed to ChatGPT describes the required argument as projectId, but the underlying validation error says idOrName is undefined. This may indicate a parameter-mapping mismatch between the ChatGPT-facing MCP schema and the underlying Vercel tool implementation. Expected behavior list_projects should return the authorized forecast-lab project. get_project should accept the documented/exposed projectId parameter and retrieve forecast-lab. Actual behavior list_teams succeeds. list_projects returns zero projects using either the team ID or slug. get_project cannot reach project lookup because the underlying implementation reports missing idOrName despite ChatGPT supplying the MCP tool's required projectId parameter. OAuth has already been disconnected/reconnected and Vercel confirms the project exists and is actively deploying. Latest reproduction: September 29, 2026, approximately 12:45 PM PDT. No production outage is occurring; GitHub-triggered Vercel deployments continue normally. The issue specifically prevents ChatGPT from accessing project-level Vercel MCP functionality such as project inspection, deployments, runtime logs, and protected deployment access. Please investigate both:

1. OAuth/team project enumeration for ChatGPT MCP.
2. The apparent projectId → idOrName parameter mapping mismatch in get_project. I can provide additional identifiers privately if engineering needs them.
