chats under Draft project and cannot create a new project

I can start new chats, but it is impossible to add them to a new project, no Add to Project button or menu anywhere to be found. Even worse, I go trough the steps to create a new project and what I get in the end is a chat in the same Draft project. How are v0 projects working?
