Checking Fair Use Policy - Using Vercel for Deployment/Domain Service

Hi, my team is looking for a Deployment/Domain Service where we are looking to deploy thousands of projects from users of our platform. Vercel is a great option for us but we are wondering if our use case breaches the Fair Use Policy/Terms of Service. Asking in the context of the Enterprise/Pro plans.

Hi @johnp757986-7217, welcome to the Vercel Community!

It seems like you are planning to build a SaaS application that deploys projects on behalf of your users. It should be under fair usage policy when using Pro or Enterprise plans.

You can check the system wide limits applicable on different plans on our Limits documentation.

Thank you for confirming that deploying projects on behalf of users is considered fair use. Just to make sure, this could be thousands of projects per day. It would still be fair use if we keep within the limits, correct?

Just to check one other thing. Are the rate limits flexible if we are on the Enterprise plan? It says 1800 Deployments per hour, 24000 Deployments per day, 500 Domain retrievals per minute, etc. - is there a room to increase these limits if needed?
