Closing my premium account

I want to close my premium account and keep the free version for future, and may restore premium at some other time.

I received a notification for an upcoming debit to my card, and logged in and unsubscribed premium services. For the past many months, I am not using v0 and it keeps billing me every month. I logged into card tokenisation and removed the debit permissions, but I am continuing to receive alerts every day regarding failed transactions. My card is now deactivated because of the repeated attempts by v0.

We’re sad to see you downgrade to free. I see your v0 Premium plan will end this month after which you’ll not be charged.

i had cancelled and requested for downgrade before the charge happened. why is it still forcing a transaction against my card?
