Because we were being blocked in a country we had to implement Cloudflare as a CDN following this documentation https://vercel.com/docs/integrations/external-platforms/cloudflare. After we followed directions and set up in cloudflare with a proxy we received this response indicating a possible error on the Vercel side. We are unsure about next steps here and how to navigate this type of host error.
