Complaint Regarding V0 Auto-Renewal Charge

I was not informed about the auto-renewal service at the time of purchase, nor did I receive any notification email before the renewal. A charge of $20 was deducted directly without prior notice.

I canceled the auto-renewal within 5 minutes of the deduction. Could you please cancel this month’s membership and process a full refund of $20?
