Confused About AI Trial Limits and Monthly Resets—Need Clarification

I’ve been experimenting with the AI features here, and I keep running into the same issue: once my trial count hits zero, I’m locked out until the next monthly reset. I’ve started new chats multiple times, but the trial counter still goes down, and I don’t get any warning before it disappears.

It feels like I can never fully test what I want, and I’m not sure if it’s a bug or just how the system works. Can someone please clarify:

  1. How exactly do the trial counts work?
  2. Is there a way to get notified before I hit zero?
  3. Are there any options for extending trials or getting more usage beyond the monthly reset?

You can find more details about what’s included with each plan on the pricing page - v0.dev/pricing

The free plan has daily and monthly message limits. When you exceed the included messages, you can either upgrade to another plan or wait for the messages to reset.

The UI should display a note when you are near the limit. If you would like to use more than what is included in the Free plan, you can upgrade to Premium or start a Team :slightly_smiling_face:
