You can enable https://vercel.com/docs/deployment-protection/methods-to-protect-deployments/trusted-ips which is available on Enterprise plan.
Or you can restrict access by knowing user IP address / Geolocation data : https://vercel.com/docs/edge-middleware/middleware-api#geolocation
