Since the night of Oct 24, 2026, every attempt to create a new production deployment fails. All file uploads report success, but the create call returns a success envelope with no deployment id and no deployment is created. Earlier attempts showed an inner "missing_files" error even though the uploads had just succeeded, and the same pipeline had deployed successfully four times earlier that same night.

Can you check your ingestion logs for our project and tell us if there is an account or project side hold, limit, or ingestion problem? Please advise what we need to change.
