Credit Card Not Detected

Hello,

I’ve been running into an issue with my account where the system keeps showing the following error:

No credit cards found for account name. If you’ve just added one, please try again in a few minutes until our systems have been updated.”

However, the card has been added correctly for quite some time now, and the error still persists.

I’m trying to transfer my domain and pay for its renewal, but I’m unable to proceed because the system doesn’t recognize any credit card on file.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Removing and re-adding the card
  • Using incognito mode
  • Switching to a different browser

None of these steps resolved the issue.

Could you please help me get this resolved?
