Hello, i am unable to remove my credit card from the system. i am on the free plan and currently have no debt towards any subscription. please remove my payment method from the system. if i have anything to pay you may bill that and remove it. thank you in advance!

Can you share what error do you get when you try to remove the credit card?
It says i need to add another card before removing this one, but i dont have a plan, im on free tier, and i dont want to add another i want to remove this one.

I have contacted them 4 days ago and still no response, so i need a solution now.
