I bought premium plan for 20 usd. Been 5 or 6 days. And now i am low on credits. I was using it before without any issues. Any helps?
And yeah. Now i lost all my credits and i cant use it. I have premium plan by the way.
You can see your credit usage by clicking your avatar in the top right and going to Settings → Billing & Usage
It looks like most of your requests are on the v0 Medium model. The v0 Small model is 3x cheaper and should get you around 3x as many messages

When i buy it it was coming soon. Also you saying you have to pay again. I bought premium plan and i have to pay again for use?

Welcome to the club of people who got played like fools by this shady platform! My advice? Remove your card, call your bank, and ask them to block it! Any company that stoops to this level isn’t trustworthy!

it’s been 24 hours since I filed a case and still got no reply not to my community post or to my case I just wasted 20$, is this how a company like this treat users? I’ve been waiting for 24 hours it cost me more than 20$ now.
