Credits are burning way too fast under the new pricing model

I spent 30$ in a single day just to add a couple of category pages. The new pricing model is insanely worse. We are literally paying for all the good/bad codes that v0 generates, it’s terrible.

I know you guys are going to give diplomatic answers, ask for the chat IDs to try and look into the matter, but this doesn’t solve the much larger problem, and that is the way too expensive pricing.

Imagine a college student or even a side hustler who is trying to build a decent project and monetize it with Google AdSense. Until he/she reaches that stage he would have burnt 100s of Dollars. It is not at all viable. What about users from lower income countries? It’s actually unimaginable prices that you guys have started to charge in your new pricing models. I see in the community, posts and comments that people from higher income countries are quitting v0 because of very high pricing model. Think of us, we cannot stand here even for a second more.

I will still stay on v0 for like last 1–2 months to see if the old pricing models are back or the new pricing models are substantially improved. Else I have already found a much better, cheaper alternative and I am shifting there permanently.

If this reality doesn’t push you to improve the new heavy pricing model, then what will? everyone quitting v0? Please rethink the pricing structure and retain your loyal customers. The platform itself is top-notch, but at these prices it’s simply becoming unusable.

Each iteration is now costing between $0.15 and $0.30 where as previously it was $0.08 and $0.12. I’d say 20% of this was on corrections where v0 broke stuff. If it continues, I hate to say it, but I will have to look at alternatives.

What would be your alternative? Please.

In Uganda, a low income country we are really suffering with the v0 pricing model. You burn lots of dollars each day just to fix a page. That is not right and should be handled immediately. I am thinking shifting to lovable or base44.com if things dont change
