Do you refund credits for errors caused by the platform?
I couldn’t find any support on your website.
Recently, your tool presented several errors in my project and kept trying to fix them. As a result, $7 was unfairly deducted from my plan. I would like to be reimbursed for this amount, since the error was the tool’s fault.
I went through the same thing and now I’m out of credits!
The tool threw a bunch of errors, stopped generating code, gave me blank outputs — and up to now, nothing’s been done about it.
I’d like to investigate the errors. Can you share the chat ID?
I’m not able to handle a reimbursement request from here since we would need to discuss private information. Requests for refunds or credits can be submitted through the support form at vercel.com/help
I am seeing the same. Credits are used on errors and crashes.
And the platform is getting dumber by the day. Eight weeks ago great design. 4 weeks ago mediocre. Today crash and burn and awful design. Just wasted credits.
If I had to guess, Vercel is cutting the processor and memory resources daily. This is what it looks like. And so many unfixed bugs like getting stuck in conversation mode.
You guys are looking at a Class action lawsuit if you continue your predatory practices of draining credits and not offering a pathway to resolutions or support.
I want to make sure you get the support you need. This community is not able to issue refunds. But we do have a support team available to help with bugs and incorrect charges. You can ask for a refund by opening a case with the support team.
We are currently investigating a few patterns of unexpected behavior with v0. If you have a case that matches one of these, please share it in the related thread:
