Credits for free fixes are getting reduced, why is it so?

It says Fixes are free with v0 but every time I hit the Fix button my credits are getting reduced, why is it so?

Not all fixes are eligible for Free, they will have this explicit badge

This is unfair; at least fixes must be free, this is unethical

Even "Free Fix with V0” are getting reduced in my account.
