Credits wasted on repeated builder errors

I’ve run into a serious issue with my project. The AI builder repeatedly broke my site (navigation, missing FAQ / Contact / How It Works pages, etc.), and I had to keep re-prompting just to fix basic things. This burned through all of my credits, even though the mistakes were caused by the builder itself, not by me.

Now my credit balance is 0, and I can’t continue building. On top of that, I don’t see the option to upload testimonial videos or images in the builder anymore, which has completely blocked my progress.
To be clear — I am not looking to “buy more credits”. That is not a solution, because the loss of credits came from repeated builder errors outside my control. What I need is either:
My credits restored (or topped up), so I can finish the project.
Or, if that’s not possible, a refund of my subscription so I can move my project elsewhere.

Expected behavior: Credits should not be consumed for repeated fixes when the builder itself is at fault. I should still have media upload available so I can finish my project.

Current behavior: Credits are 0, builder is still incomplete, and media upload is missing.

Opened my project in v0 builder.

Used the builder to add FAQ, Contact, and How It Works pages.
Builder broke navigation and deleted existing content multiple times.
Had to re-prompt again and again just to restore basic structure.
Each prompt consumed credits until my balance hit 0.
Now, with 0 credits, I cannot add/upload testimonial videos or images (the option does not appear).
