[Critical Billing Bug] Purchased Credits ($976.57) and Refunds marked as Expired - Incorrect Logic

Hi everyone and @Vercel-Team,

I am raising a serious issue regarding the billing logic of v0.app. I have over $976.57 in purchased credits that have incorrectly expired on April 10, 2026 (Account: wxm544846051@gmail.com).

As shown in the attached screenshot (image_c2744f.png), there is a clear backend glitch:

  1. Purchased Credits Expired Early: These were meant to have a 1-year validity but were treated as monthly credits.

  2. Refunds with Expiration Dates: My dashboard shows that even a “Refund” balance has an expiration date. Logically, a refund should never expire.

This is a major issue for high-value users who have invested $1,000+ into the platform. It seems the system is incorrectly syncing purchased/refunded assets with the monthly subscription cycle.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve already sent emails to support but haven’t received a formal ticket tracking ID yet.
